Hello and welcome to the blog today! Can you believe that October is here! We can now officially break out all our halloween + fall decor, and what a better way to start it off than making this easy cat garland! Halloween garlands are a great way to add some spooky spirit to your home without spending a lot of money or cluttering up every corner with that messy cobweb stuff. And best of all,it’s easy enough for the kids to help or for you to zone out while you watch something scary on TV.

What you’ll need:

Cardboard paper in the colour of your choice A light garland A pair of scissors A cutter

Here’s how to get started making this little garland! Start with your black paper + scissors, decide how long you want your garland to determine the amount of cats you want to cut out.

Ready, steady, go! Print Cat Template on white card stock. Cut out the template on a black piece of cardstock. Now trace more cats on the black paper. I recommend using chalk to you can see your outline.
Using a pencil mark off the eyes of the cat and make it two small holes (with a cutter) large enough to insert the bulb of the garland. And voila! Easy right? Your turn!
And here’s the final product! I really like how it turned out. Thanks for stopping by the blog today, and I hope you’re getting ready for Halloween!
