If you’re trying to dream up something cute and simple to gift to your friends or use as décor -might i suggest homemade chocolate candies! Ok, so you’ve gathered your supplies. Is your mold clean and dry? Let the fun begin!

You will need:

Lollipop sticks Decorator bag (recommended) Candy mold Confectionery coating wafers

Instructions:

The chocolate is ready to use when it comes at the following temperatures: 28-29° White Chocolate 29-30° Milk Chocolate 31-32° Dark Chocolate Every microwave is different so this is just a guideline, but it is safest to go slow and stir often.
Pour 200 g. confectionery coating wafers into a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high power for 30 seconds, remove from microwave and stir.  Stir it accurately until all the chocolate is almost melted.  If there are still chunks of chocolate, then microwave for another 10-15 seconds and stir again. Do not rush this process. Candy coatings burn easily.
Pour a bit of chocolate into the mold, then add your stick then add a bit more chocolate to cover the stick. Place into the freezer for 15 minutes. Tip: Chocolate in the bag becomes firm? Reheat in microwave 15 to 20 seconds at a time till melted. When it’s ready, turne mold upside down. Tapped gently till candy came out. If it doesn’t come out easily, refrigerate it and try again. Happy candy making adventures!
