Halloween push up pops desserts

Finding the best recipes for Halloween can be a great way to treat your guest. These delicious Halloween push up pops are the ideal treat!  The best thing about these pops is that they’re so customizable! You can use any flavor of cake, any color of frosting, and kind of decorations, etc! So, you have no excuses this year, you MUST throw your kiddies a super-fabulous Halloween party!

Ingredients

For the cake:
3 large eggs
100 g of sugar
75 g of flour
50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
To complete:
Whipped Cream
Chocolate chips
Chopped nuts
Halloween petal paste or gum paste décor
Push-up cake pop containers

Instructions:

In a bowl mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and Vanilla Extract. Then pour the eggs and sugar and continue to mix for at least 10 minutes.
Stir again very gently and pour the mixture into a rectangular pan (24×38 cm). Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Tip: The cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 

When your cake has completely cooled, place the cake on a cake stand to raise it slightly. Holding the top firmly, use a large serrated knife to carefully cut it in half. Use a cake pop container as a template, cut out as many circles of cake as you can.

Place 1 cake circle into an assembled cake pop container, and gently push it all the way to the bottom.
Then put a layer of whipped cream on top of first cake layer and chocolate chips over.
At this point, cover again with a circles of cake, add another layer of whipped cream and then chopped nuts.
Decorate with Halloween decorations of your choice.
Repeat with all cake pops.
