Eggs with Tuna Filling are my favorite hors d’oeuvres. Very classy and elegant appetizer that will look beautiful on your table. I made this dish for Easter and Christmas party, and everyone loved it. Great to serve at a brunch or lunch with friends and family. Delicious! It is really easy to make and is perfect for any occasion! If you like eggs and tuna fish salad, then try this recipe.  So yummy! Just serve them chilled. They’re really terrific anytime. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

12 large eggs 200 gr. of canned tuna Chopped dill 50 gr. of minced red onions 2 teaspoons of light mayonnaise or sour cream Paprika and one yolk for decoration Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Place eggs in a saucepan with cold water. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half and mash the yolks with a fork.  Add sour cream, canned tuna, minced red onions, and salt and mix well.  Spoon into the egg whites. Garnish the eggs with the yolk, chopped fresh dill, and a generous sprinkle of paprika.
