Cupcakes with Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting

Ingredients:
250 g butter 250 g sugar 6 eggs 250 g flour 10 g baking powder Vanilla flavor Salt Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting: 64g unsalted butter, at room temperature 200 g sour cream 200 g chocolate, finely chopped or naturally sweetened chocolate chips Pinch of salt 20 g. cocoa powder 90 g. powdered sugarInstructions:
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. I use a whisk to make sure they are well mixed. Set this bowl aside. Beat butter until it is light and fluffy. Add brown sugar to the butter and mix until smooth. Add one egg at a time. Once eggs are well mixed, add the flour mixture and vanila flavour. Mix until well combined. Spoon your batter into cupcake cups. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes; oven and let them cool on a rack.
